Welcome to OSINT Cases. By accessing, browsing, or registering as an operative (user/creator) on our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. PLATFORM OVERVIEW & ACCOUNTABILITY

OSINT Cases is an alternate reality and educational OSINT (Open Source Intelligence) platform. The investigations, missions, and cases provided on this site are a mix of true-crime inspired analysis, cybersecurity simulations, and fictional/mythological alternate reality games (ARGs).

  • All users must act lawfully. The use of our OSINT tools and methodologies to illegally hack, harass, doxx, or invade the privacy of real, innocent individuals is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate permanent ban.

2. THE INTEL ECONOMY (SEPARATED WALLET SYSTEM)

To maintain platform integrity, OSINT Cases operates on a strictly separated dual-wallet system:

  • Wallet A: Intel Credits (In-Game Currency): Used exclusively for unlocking dossiers, purchasing hints, and ranking up. Intel Credits hold ZERO real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for fiat currency, and are non-transferable.
  • Wallet B: Creator USD (Real-World Currency): A separate ledger dedicated entirely to approved Freelance Intel Providers (Creators) for their case acquisition fees and royalties.
  • Refund Policy: All sales of “Access Keys” or “Premium Intel” are final. Because the digital files are delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds once a dossier has been unlocked.

3. FREELANCE INTEL PROVIDER (CREATOR) PROGRAM

Users who achieve a high clearance level may apply to become a “Creator Operative,” submitting their own OSINT cases (Cyber, Cosmic, or Paranormal) for monetization. Submissions are strictly linked to the creator’s verified Agent ID.

3.1. Case Acquisition, Negotiation & Modifications

Saporigo does not guarantee the publication of any submitted case. All submissions are subject to a mutual agreement process:

  • Submission & Quoting: Creators may submit a case dossier along with a requested Acquisition Fee.
  • Negotiation Phase: Saporigo reserves the right to review the commercial viability of the case. Saporigo may present a counter-offer.
  • Right to Modify: Once a fee is mutually agreed upon and the case is acquired, Saporigo Ops retains the absolute right to edit, rewrite, modify mechanics, and alter visual assets of the case to meet platform quality standards before it goes LIVE.

3.2. Revenue Models (Buyout vs. Royalties)

Depending on the mutual agreement reached during the Negotiation Phase, cases will be monetized under one of the following models:

  • Model A (Fixed Fee / Flat Buyout): Saporigo pays a predetermined fixed fee (in USD/cents) upon the successful receipt, verification, and absolute transfer of the case to the agency. Under this model, Saporigo retains 100% of all future revenue generated by the case.
  • Model B (Revenue Share – Phase 1): The creator receives an agreed-upon percentage (up to 40% share) of the net revenue generated directly from the direct sale of their case to other operatives for the first 365 days.
  • Phase 2 (Legacy Clause for Model B): Exactly one year (365 days) after the publication date, the revenue share drops to a 15% – 20% Legacy Rate for the creator, with Saporigo retaining the rest.
  • Exclusion of Sponsorship & Direct Ad Revenue: Saporigo reserves the right to display direct brand sponsorships, partner banners, or promotional content across the platform. Revenue sharing applies strictly to the direct sale of the Creator’s dossier. Creators are not entitled to any share of general platform revenue, including direct advertising, sponsorships, merchandise sales, or Premium Memberships. All such revenue belongs 100% to Saporigo.
  • Default Ownership Transfer: If a creator’s account goes inactive for 6 months, or they violate any terms, 100% of the case ownership (including future revenue) permanently transfers to Saporigo.

3.3. Quality Control & Blind Feedback System

  • Internal Ratings: Cases may feature a “Like/Dislike” feedback mechanism for operatives who complete a mission.
  • Blind Metrics: Aggregate feedback scores are strictly hidden from the public to prevent bias.
  • Data Usage: This feedback data is utilized exclusively by Saporigo Operations and securely shared with the respective Creator for quality control, performance review, and to guide the direction of future projects.

3.4. Payouts (Creator USD Wallet)

  • All agreed acquisition fees and royalties are deposited into the “Creator USD” wallet.
  • Withdrawal Threshold: Creators can request a payout only when their balance reaches a minimum of $25.00 USD.
  • Payouts are processed manually up to two (2) times per calendar month.

3.5. USD Equivalence & Exchange Rate Measurement

  • All balances accumulated in Creator USD will be converted to the creator’s local fiat currency (e.g., INR) at the exact time of transfer execution.
  • Measurement Standard: The exchange rate equivalence shall be determined strictly by the prevailing live market conversion rates provided by Saporigo’s official integrated payment processing gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or designated international banking partners) at the moment the payout is approved and processed.
  • Saporigo is not liable for standard day-to-day international market currency fluctuations. Any currency conversion, cross-border remittance, or gateway processing fees will be automatically deducted directly from the creator’s payout balance.

4. ZERO-TOLERANCE PENALTY & FORFEITURE

The integrity of the OSINT Cases platform is our highest priority.

Any creator or user found guilty of the following offenses will face immediate action:

  1. Submitting plagiarized, stolen, or fake cases.
  2. Leaking verification passcodes or sharing secure dossier links outside the platform.
  3. Exploiting bugs, brute-forcing the portal, or manipulating the Intel Credit system.

Penalty: Immediate account termination (“Rogue Status”). All pending payouts, Creator USD, and Intel Credits will be 100% forfeited (reduced to zero). Furthermore, any cases submitted by the penalized creator will become the sole, exclusive property of Saporigo without any royalty obligations.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & OWNERSHIP

  • User-Generated Content: By submitting and agreeing to the acquisition of a case, you grant Saporigo an exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free (subject to the specific negotiated Creator Program terms) license to host, modify, distribute, and sell the content.
  • Platform UI & Mechanics: The design, gamification mechanics, ranking names, UI elements (Cyber, Cosmic, Pataal themes), and code framework are the exclusive intellectual property of Saporigo. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or reproduce the platform’s proprietary structure.

6. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY & SPONSORED CONTENT

  • Fictional Context: All investigations within the “Anomaly Vault”, “Project Pataal”, and “Cosmic Anomalies” are purely works of fiction/mythology designed for entertainment and educational OSINT practice. Saporigo assumes no liability for the psychological impact, data usage, or real-world actions taken by users inspired by our platform.
  • Sponsored Content: Saporigo may display direct advertisements or sponsored content from third-party companies. Saporigo does not endorse or take responsibility for the products, claims, or services offered by these direct sponsors.

7. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

Saporigo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or update these terms, including the Creator Revenue Share percentages, at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

8. NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (NDA) & CONFIDENTIALITY

By registering an account and engaging with the platform as a User or Creator Operative, you enter into a legally binding Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreement with Saporigo.

  • 8.1 Proprietary Assets: You are strictly prohibited from disclosing, copying, sharing, or publicly distributing any case solutions, hidden triggers, verification keys, walkthroughs, or custom puzzle assets related to Cyber-Ops, Project Pataal, or Cosmic Anomalies divisions.
  • 8.2 Distribution Breach: Publishing answers or methods on external websites, public forums, social media channels, Discord servers, or Reddit communities without written consent from Saporigo Operations will be classified as a material breach of this NDA.
  • 8.3 Remedies for Breach: A breach of this confidentiality section will result in an immediate permanent ban, total forfeiture of accrued Creator USD/Intel Credits, and Saporigo reserves the right to pursue civil legal remedies for damages to platform integrity and intellectual property.
