A. Personal Data (Provided by You)

  • Account Registration: When you create an Agent Profile (via Ultimate Member), we collect your username, email address, and password.
  • Financial Data: For purchasing Access Keys or Premium Subscriptions, billing details (name, address, email) are collected via WooCommerce. Note: Saporigo does not store your credit card or bank details. All transactions are securely processed by third-party gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay).
  • Creator Payout Data: If you apply for the Freelance Intel Provider (Creator) Program, we may collect payout information (such as bank details or PayPal addresses) required to disburse your Creator USD earnings.

B. Usage & Telemetry Data (Automatically Collected)

  • Operational Logs: We track your in-game progress, including Intel Credits earned, case passcodes submitted, time taken to solve cases, and rank progression.
  • Device & Connection Intel: IP addresses, browser types, operating systems, and session timestamps are logged to prevent brute-force attacks, cheating, and unauthorized access to secure dossiers.
  • Cookies: We use cookies to maintain your logged-in session, remember your cart items, and understand how you interact with the portal.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

The data we gather is strictly used to operate, secure, and improve the OSINT Cases platform:

  1. Account Management: To maintain your Agent ID, calculate your Intel Credits, and display your operational rank.
  2. Transaction Processing: To deliver digital Access Keys immediately upon purchase and process creator royalty payouts.
  3. Platform Security: To monitor for suspicious activities, enforce the Zero-Tolerance Penalty for cheating, and ensure the integrity of the Case Vault.
  4. Communication: To send you mission updates, password resets, policy changes, and automated briefs (newsletters) if you opt-in.
  5. Quality Control: Blind feedback metrics (Likes/Dislikes on cases) are used internally by Saporigo Ops and shared anonymously with Creators to improve future investigations.

3. DATA SHARING & DISCLOSURE

Saporigo values your operational security. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third-party advertising networks. We only share information under the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: We share necessary data with trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or processing payments (e.g., WooCommerce, Stripe, hosting providers), provided those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
  • Creator Analytics: Case creators receive anonymized, aggregated data regarding how many users attempted or completed their specific cases, and blind feedback scores. No personally identifiable information (PII) of the solvers is shared with the creators.
  • Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, or in response to a valid request by law enforcement agencies, to protect our rights, or to enforce our Terms & Conditions.

4. DATA SECURITY

We deploy robust security measures, including SSL encryption, restricted database access, and secure token validation, to protect your personal information. However, no digital transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. YOUR DATA RIGHTS

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), you hold the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • The Right to Access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about your Agent Profile.
  • The Right to Rectification: You can update or correct your profile information via your account dashboard.
  • The Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): You may request the deletion of your account and personal data. Note: Deleting your account will permanently erase your Intel Credits, Ranks, and access to purchased dossiers without a refund.
  • Creator Records: If you are a Creator Operative, certain records of your payouts and acquired cases must be retained for tax and legal compliance, even if your account is deleted.

6. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & EXTERNAL OSINT TOOLS

Our investigations (Cyber, Cosmic, and Pataal divisions) often require the use of external Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) tools (e.g., Google Earth, public databases, social media, metadata analyzers).

  • No Affiliation: Saporigo is not affiliated with these external tools or websites.
  • Separate Policies: Clicking external links or using third-party tools during an investigation is done at your own risk. We strongly advise reviewing the privacy policies of any external sites you visit during your operations.

7. POLICY UPDATES

Saporigo reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the platform after modifications indicates your acknowledgment and consent to the updated policy.
