A practical verification workflow
- Define the campaign account, reporting interval and currency. Separate settled donations from pending card authorizations, pledges and screenshots without a matching bank entry.
- Reconcile purchases, donor refunds and the remaining bank balance. A purchase can be real even when a separate claim about distribution is not yet supported.
- Trace the goods from supplier receipt through transport and final handover. Identify the missing stage explicitly instead of replacing it with an assumption of delivery.
- Check appeal media against its earlier documented appearances. An old image can defeat a claimed capture date without proving every other part of the appeal false.
