Returns and refunds

At OSINT CASES, we stand behind the quality and accuracy of our classified case files and mission dossiers. However, if your mission parameters change or you receive compromised physical files, our return and refund protocol is outlined below.

1. RETURN WINDOW (PHYSICAL DOSSIERS & MERCHANDISE)

We offer a 7-Day Return Policy for physical case files and related merchandise. If 7 days have passed since your item was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your physical item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, with all classified seals intact (if applicable), and in its original packaging.

2. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS (DIGITAL INTEL & ACCESS CODES)

Given the sensitive nature of our digital intelligence, certain items are strictly exempt from being returned:

  • Digital Clearance Codes & Virtual Files: Any digital case files, password access codes to the Case Vault, downloadable intel, or digital mystery elements are completely non-refundable once the transaction is completed and access is granted.

3. COMPROMISED OR MISSING INTEL (DEFECTS)

If your physical dossier arrives damaged, or if specific evidence/documents are missing from your case file, you must report it to our Command Center within 48 hours of delivery. We will dispatch the missing intel or replace the defective file at no additional cost to you. Please include photographic evidence of the damage or compromised seal in your report.

4. REFUND PROCESS

Once your returned item is received and inspected at our headquarters, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.

5. SECURE RETURN ROUTING

To return your physical product, please mail it to our designated secure drop location (Headquarters): OSINT CASES HQ (Shree Parmeshwari Enterprises)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the item arrived defective). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
