By purchasing digital assets, subscribing to our services, or submitting cases as a Creator Operative on OSINT Cases, you agree to the following comprehensive terms regarding refunds, payouts, and legal liabilities.

PART 1: CONSUMER REFUND POLICY

Due to the sensitive and instantaneous nature of digital intelligence, OSINT Cases operates under a strict refund framework.

1.1. Digital Goods & Access Keys

All sales of digital products—including but not limited to Intel Credits, Premium Dossiers, Mission Access Keys, and Hint Unlocks—are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • Because these digital assets are delivered instantly and the “intel” is revealed immediately upon access, we cannot process returns, reverse transactions, or issue cash refunds once an order is completed or a dossier is unlocked.

1.2. Intel Credits & Market Value

Intel Credits purchased or earned within the platform hold ZERO real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged, sold, or redeemed for fiat currency under any circumstances. Requests for “cash refunds” of Intel Credits will be automatically denied.

1.3. Subscription Plans (Premium Memberships)

If you are enrolled in a recurring Premium Membership (PMS):

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Account Dashboard.
  • Cancellation will prevent future billing, but you will retain premium access until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
  • No Prorated Refunds: We do not offer partial or prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

1.4. Technical Failures & Exceptions

The only exception to our no-refund policy is in the event of a verified systemic failure or broken dossier. A refund or credit reversal will be considered ONLY if:

  • The dossier contains a verifiable technical error (e.g., broken links, missing required media) that prevents the mission from being completed.
  • The user provides proof of the defect via a support ticket within 24 to 48 hours of the purchase.
  • Resolution: In such cases, Saporigo Ops reserves the right to either provide a functional update to the dossier or issue a one-time refund in the form of “Intel Credits” back to the user’s account. Dissatisfaction with the storyline, difficulty level, or general quality of a case is not eligible for a refund.

PART 2: CREATOR SUBMISSION & PAYOUT CONSTRAINTS

The Freelance Intel Provider (Creator) Program is highly vetted. Saporigo Ops maintains strict quality control over all submissions.

2.1. No Instant Payouts or Guarantees

  • Submission Does Not Equal Acceptance: Merely submitting a case dossier to the platform does not guarantee publication, nor does it guarantee a payout or acquisition fee.
  • Vetting Interval: All submitted cases enter a mandatory “Quarantine & Review” interval (typically 7 to 14 business days). Saporigo Ops will review the logical flow, OSINT mechanics, and overall quality.
  • Revenue Accrual: If a case is acquired via a Revenue Share model, funds will only be credited to the Creator’s USD Wallet after the case has successfully gone LIVE and actual sales are generated from other operatives.
  • Rejection: Saporigo reserves the absolute right to reject any submission without compensation if it fails to meet operational standards.

PART 3: COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY INDEMNIFICATION

Saporigo Operations strictly prohibits the use of plagiarized, stolen, or unauthorized copyrighted materials in case submissions. This applies strictly to all media types including external links, images, audio, video, and text.

3.1. Creator’s Sole Liability

By submitting a case to OSINT Cases, the Creator warrants and guarantees that they are the original author or possess the appropriate commercial licenses to use all included assets. If utilizing public domain assets (e.g., NASA/Space photography), the Creator must verify its unrestricted commercial usage status prior to submission.

  • Zero Saporigo Liability: Saporigo acts solely as a hosting and publishing platform. If a Creator submits copyrighted material (e.g., stolen artwork, proprietary data, unlicensed external links, or trademarked assets without permission), the Creator holds 100% sole legal and financial responsibility.
  • Indemnification: The Creator agrees to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Saporigo Operations, its owners, and affiliates from any legal claims, DMCA takedown notices, lawsuits, or financial damages arising from intellectual property infringement within their submitted cases.

3.2. Breach of Intellectual Property

If a case is found to contain unauthorized copyrighted material:

  1. The case will be immediately purged from the live server.
  2. The offending Creator’s account will be permanently banned.
  3. All pending Creator USD payouts and Intel Credits will be frozen and permanently forfeited to cover potential legal administrative costs.
